About Us
Hi, my name is Daniel. My wife and I moved to Northern Virginia in 2020 and as of 2024, we've begun raising our family here. We've found that the best way to grow our family is to grow our portfolio.We started in a small starter home in Huntington, Alexandria which had a complete basement studio when we bought it. We rented that out on Airbnb to monthly guests and after 2.5 years, we outgrew it as 2 became 3. We turned our house into a lovely rental home for wonderful people who wanted to join the community.
Our second home had a large unfinished basement that we remodeled into a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, we affectionately call Reel Retreat because of its movie theme.This has become our model:

Simultaneously, we convert our prior house (which has a walkout basement) into 2 units
This provides additional housing—which Northern Virginia desperately needs—while also respecting the people and values of the neighborhood
